Advertising must be camera ready copy,
black and white only. (Sorry, we cannot do color ads at
this
time. Conversion of color prints to black and white may
not be as clear and distinct as you would like.).
Payment for the ad is due at the time
the order for the ad is placed (Sorry, we do not have
the facilities to handle billing after publication so
all advertising must be prepaid). IF the exact same copy
of the ad is used in multiple publications, you are
eligible for a discount on your ad rate. Full payment
for all issues is due at the time the order is placed.
At the January, 2006,
meeting of the SAW Board of Directors it was decided
that companies that have a Business membership in SAW
can order advertising in our publications at one half
(1/2) the normal rate. Please tell the advertising
manager that you have a Business Membership in SAW when
placing your order.
Your company can earn
free advertising in SAW by participating in the SAW
Referral program. SAW will provide you with Membership
Applications which you can distribute to your customers.
By stamping your company name onto each application, you
will earn referral credit for any of your customers that
join SAW. When 25 referral credits (within a calendar
year) have been earned, you will receive a FREE
1/2 (one-half) page ad in the next SAW Dust publication.
The Company that earns the most referral credits within
a calendar year will be given an additional FREE
1/2 (one-half) page in the next SAW Dust. Please contact
to obtain copies of the Membership application. You will need to tell us the number of applications you wish to receive and an address for them to be sent to.
The Ad rates (button to
the left) will indicate the cost of each ad. Discounts
are available for using the same ad in multiple
publications.
Methods of Ordering:

Print out the AD order
(button on the left - PDF), fill out the Advertising order form,
enclose your payment, add your
camera ready advertisement to the package and mail your
completed order to:

The Ad Order Form is a printable PDF file. You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the form. If you
do not have Acrobat Reader, you can obtain it FREE from
Adobe. Keep a copy of this form for your records. Send a
copy to the SAW Ad Manager along with your camera ready
advertisement.

This final step must be completed by the deadlines stated to the right
for inclusion in the next SAW publication.
