May 18 and 19, 2002 - Escondido, CA

Our second International Scrollsaw Event was held at Bates Nut Farm, in Escondido, CA on May 18 and 19. This event was held in an outdoor arena with the promise of sunny southern California weather.  The location was gorgeous, but most people came to see all of the different projects that people had made and entered into the Scrollsaw Contest, and to see and talk to the many vendors participating in the event.  Those people attending the free seminars held by John Nelson, Carol Reed, Lucille Crabtree, and Bob DeCuir were oblivious to the weather.

First a look at some of the Board of Director members who worked so hard to produce SAW Conference 2002. Jim Barringer and Billie Holm were unable to attend this event, and no one could catch Pat Lupori with a camera when she was by herself.
