Mike just started doing intarsia in 1998 and has compiled an impressive collection of work since then.  If you find a project here that you particularly like, Mike has made it easy for you to get the pattern by telling you where he found them.

"RV Clock" We take this clock along with us when we travel in our motor home.

"Noah's Ark"
       
"The Nativity", over 100 piece intarsia pattern by Garnet Hall. This is an example of traditional intarsia and free-standing intarsia "Woodworking Tools" 20 piece Garnet Hall intarsia pattern. "Anne Lueck". I designed this one especially for my Massage Therapist. "Genealogy". This is another hobby of mine. It has had to take a back seat to my woodworking.
       
"Garry Baldwin". Designed especially for my chiropracter. "I Love Bears"
My youngest daughter collects bears.
"Scroll Sawyer"
Painted with flesh tone and a dark brown.
"Fireman Fred"
Part segmentation on cut out, intarsia on the shaping.
       
"Grandfather Wall Clock".
Made of 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood. No nail or screws used in the assembly.

We have placed a gallery on the SAW web site where you can upload your own pictures into your own album. If at all possible, please use this new feature. Photo Album can be found here.


SAW members may submit a picture, or pictures, for inclusion in this gallery. Please include a description of the project, where the pattern was obtained from, and the type of material (wood, Corian, etc) and thickness that was used. There are two ways to submit pictures:
