Friday July 11th, 10 AM until 4 PM
or Saturday July 12th, 6
AM until 8 AM
We would like our vendors in place
BEFORE the show opens
Vendor spaces are 10' X 10' at $160.00
(Covers both days)
You may reserve multiple booths as
needed.
One 8' table and 2 chairs are provided
for each booth. Electric is available.
Please bring your own extension cords and
table covering. It would be preferable that tables be draped. That is
covered to the floor, therefore hiding the storage boxes underneath.
Extra tables are available at $5.00 each.

fee. Mailing deadline is April 15, 2008.

Wilmington, Ohio. Phone 1-800-654-7036 Be sure to mention SAW EXPO
when making your reservations, in order to get the special rate. The
block of rooms will be held thru June 20, 2008. After that date the
rooms will go back into the rental pool for guests on a first
come/first served basis.
Camping is available on the
convention centre grounds for a fee of $25.00 per night. NO HOOKUPS.
Caesar Creek State Park - Complete
camping facility with hookups and a dumping station. Off of I-71,
Exit 45.

Centrally located between Dayton,
Cincinnati, and Columbus at I-71 and SR68, Exit #50, 123 Gano Road,
Wilmington, Ohio.
