Breakfast and lunch (at your expense) served at the event concession. This will be available in our exhibition hall with tables and chairs for your dining pleasure.

Friday 6 PM: Welcome Banquet in the Hotel Dining Room (Advance reservations required) At a cost of $25 per person (tax and gratuity included) Menu below:

Saturday: EXPO hours 9 AM - 4 PM in Exhibition Hall

Seminars will be scheduled both days at a cost of $5 per seminar per attendee.

Scrollsaw Association of the World (SAW) Contest - Entries can be brought to the hall on Friday afternoon and Saturday. Winners will be announced on Sunday.

Lodging

Holiday Inn at Roberts Centre - Wilmington, OH (123 Gano Rd) Phone 937-283-3200 Be sure to mention SAW EXPO when making your reservations, in order to get the special rate ($92.00 per night). The block of rooms will be held thru June 20, 2008. After that date the rooms will no longer book at the 'special rate'. Rooms will go back into the rental pool for guests on a first come/first served basis at the current going rental rate. You may take a look at the facility here.

Motor Homes/Campers

$25.00 per night (payable in advance) Parking on the lot at the hotel. At check-in you will be given a permit that must be displayed in the window of your camper. There are NO hookups, however you may run your generators.

One exit west of the hotel is a campground, with hookups. Located just off I(-71, Exit 45, Caesar Creek State Park. This is a complete camping facility with hookups and a dumping station. You may take a look at the facility here.

Folks paying advance admissions and attending the Saturday evening Dinner will be given an arm bracelet so that they may come and go from the building at their leisure.

This is a first class convention centre. You may come to the exhibition hall for breakfast and lunch. A concession will be set up right in OUR exhibition hall complete with tables and chairs for your dining pleasure. You can visit and eat with your scrolling friends. We hope this will help you meet some new scrolling friends.
