ARTICLE IX - BOARD OF ADVISORS

Each year, the BOD shall accept nominations to a Board of Advisors. This Board of Advisors may include, but is not limited to: past Directors; representatives of scrollsaw equipment manufacturers; material suppliers; distributors and publishers. Any member may nominate a potential advisor by contacting any BOD member in writing. The Board of Directors shall approve all appointments.

The Directors shall consult the Board of Advisors and draw upon their wisdom when considering the best interests of the Association. Furthermore, the Advisors shall, at their discretion, offer advice on any matter relevant to the Association. The Advisors may also offer motions for consideration by the Board of Directors.
