A. Special Meetings
Special meetings of the members may
be called by a majority vote of the Board of Directors or not less
than one-tenth of the general members of the Association having
voting rights. Notice of a meeting will be published in the periodic
publication and the web site at least 90 days in advance of such a
special meeting.
B. Place of Meeting
The Board of Directors may designate
any place, including online options, as the
place for any special meeting called by the Board of
Directors or 10% of the general membership.
C. Quorum
Quorum is not less than 5% of the
total membership in person or by proxy. Individual voting is majority
rules..
D. Voting and Proxies
Each member is entitled to one vote.
A Family membership is entitled to two votes. The Family members who
are entitled to vote must be identified as such on the membership
application. At any meeting of members, a member entitled to vote
may vote by proxy executed in writing by the member or by his duly
authorized attorney-in-fact. No proxy shall be valid after 90 days from the date of its execution
