A. Principal Office

The principal office of the Scrollsaw Association of the World (hereinafter called the Association or SAW) in the State of Ohio  shall be located at 115 East Lynn St, Botkins, Ohio, 45306. The Association may have such other offices, either within or without the State of Ohio as the Board of Directors  (hereafter also referred to as the BOD and/or Board) may determine or as the business of the Association may require from time to time.

B. Registered Office and Registered Agent

The Association shall have and continuously maintain in the State of  Ohio a registered office and a registered agent whose office is identical with such registered office, as required by the Ohio General Not-For-Profit Act.

C. Change to above

Change to the above will be determined on a need to basis by the BOD.
