ACCEPTANCE OF BYLAWS
These bylaws were drawn by the
Steering Committee (organized at the June 97 and
August 97, Scrollsaw Picnics) that formed the
Scrollsaw Association of the World. They were
adopted by the Board of Directors on March 1, 1998.
These bylaws were
amended by the Board of Directors on August 6, 1999.
These bylaws were amended by the Board of Directors
on April 8, 2000.
These bylaws were amended by the Board of Directors
on November 10, 2000.
These bylaws were amended by a vote of the General
Membership on February 28, 2005
Current revision:
These bylaws were submitted
to the Board of Directors from a committee
previously approved by the Board of Directors for
the purpose of creating suggested revisions. This
group met weekly online for six weeks carefully
working on the correct wording and function for the
future of this organization. They were submitted on
Sept 1st, 2004 for approval. Because of
the scope and range of suggested changes, they will
require approval by the general membership, assuming
the Board of directors accepts these
recommendations. These bylaws were approved by the
General SAW Membership on Feb 28, 2005.

These bylaws were amended by the Board of Directors
on October 17, 2006
